Don't be surprised if my original prediction (8-5 in nonconference) comes to fruition after we lose to Kansas State, Baylor, and Iowa State.

Hope you're wrong. I'll reserve judgment until I see us play a few more times. Will be interesting to see whether we're able to get consistent production out of TTM, or whether we'll get more of tonight's performance.

The loss was disappointing, but a "WTF loss?" Come on. They're a good team and it was on the road. You yourself had it has a tossup game. At least melt with honesty.

Pat is right, this wasnt a "WTF" loss to those of us who have been paying attention for the last for years. This was your standard BK loss: Poor offensive gameplan, no in game adjustments and poor lineup management.
He's a bad coach who does what badcoaches do. Nothing surprising about it.

That game was disappointing. I can handle the piss poor shooting (it happens), but they out-worked us on a lot of rebounds and we settled for too many outside shots instead of working the paint
I'm going to wait until we play Baylor and KState before my full melt, but at this point I'm thinking it's more of the same. For whatever reason, Kennedy is incapable of installing a decent offense regardless of the players he has.

Seems we're really struggling with running sets, etc. Feels like an unorganized game of pickup ball, watching us. Seniors get aggressive and we can get into transition....we look good. Seniors not ready to go (like first half tonight) and we can't get easy transition buckets....we look bad.
I'm concerned about this team, but they are clearly immensely talented. They clearly need to improve and have a lot of upside.
Serious question, though....so when we're rolling, it's because Stansbury is a genius and Kennedy sucks. But when we look poor, I can't find Stansbury's name on this thread? Stansbury is in the rare position of getting all credit and no blame for results. And Kennedy is in the rare position of no credit and all blame. What gives? Keeping in mind I'm not a Kennedy fan....I just find it humorous that a guy from Miss State basketball can do no wrong....

That's b/c the chuckle heads here like to create their own reality by feeding off of each others negativity. They come up w/a theory of what is happening and then repeat it until they believe it to be fact.
It's a lot like what happens on a political message board where the same group of people keep feeding off of a never ending hate worm to the point they are trapped in a giant hate bubble filled with hate farts.
