I feel like by any metric this would be a terrible hire. I can’t imagine the old conservative fricks, with all the cash, being good with this.

I’m not melting though, given we are set in the only two sports I care about. I’m sure he can handle the day to day stuff, and I’ll bet he’s excellent at keeping the money coming in... It’s just more of a “what the frick are you thinking” at the people who made the hire, and the ones that gave their approval.

Yeah at least there shouldn’t be a big hire on the horizon. But I don’t know how anyone can look at what we know and think is even an average move. Dude seems like a clown and the hiring track record isn’t fantastic

On a positive note, he somehow kept Ole Miss from getting the death penalty for all the shite they were pulling. Hugh Freeze might be in play as a future OC if his redemption tour at Liberty goes well. That’s about all I got.

His pressers were terrible no doubt but Ole Miss did get off pretty light for what all was happening and he did a ton of stone walling for them. If anything we know we have an AD that will tell the NCAA to eat shite.

It's not even the press conference, which was nothing short of a disaster, but how everything went down. I cant imagine having our football program be taken down by a sleazy lawyer, mike sherman, and Randolph Duke. That's what happened to them
