NC has had their top RB, top WR and a starting Linebacker reporting to be Opting-Out for the bowl game, haven’t seen anything on our side yet.
I would have liked to beat them at full strength.

I don't know if it was Jimbo or Mack Brown but one of them said the perpetual group of relatively few teams to the championship brackets has decreased the interest of fans and players now and that is one reason for opt outs. Some players don't feel the excitement in a non championship bowl game.

This is the biggest bowl UNC has been in in probably 70 years.

Let's hope we don't have any opt outs. I am fine with UNC having opt outs (would be ok with me if they had a couple more), I just want to win.
Their other RB is better in my opinion, but both are excellent. Pretty sure that LB is a stud.

This. I don't want any guys missing the game due to injury, but if they want to skip out on catching an arse whooping, that's fine with me

Yeah but I think it was Mac who talked about the opt puts.. You probably saw that interview. And he believes the post season needs to be expanded to eight teams. And that would then mean a shorter regular schedule . That may destroy some of the smaller teams that depend on the money from getting their arses whacked early in the season.

Between those 3 players, it represents 45% of their rush yards, 40% of their rec yards, 13% of their tackles, and 12% of their TFL.
It would be like losing Smith, Wydermeyer, & Buddy.

Yeah if it's really 30 players and coaches I'd be shocked if we come away CV19 free.

Hopefully Tenner's covid is like my wife's headache last night, just didn't want to play and was an easy out.

On field transmission has been shown to be virtually non-existent. Players are getting it from each other in the locker room, weight room, team rooms, apartments, etc.
I wouldn’t worry

Luckily the game is almost two weeks away

If we did have positive cases, we wouldn't be able to host practices. I'm not sure how I feel about going to the orange bowl without getting any scrimmages in.
