Meanwhile, he will continue to suck up and avoid the hard questions.

Sucks that a place like TexAgs belongs to an a-hole like him.

Oddly enough, Mond wasn’t anywhere close to the biggest problem. Our trash OL and general gameplay screwed us.

It seems to me that “play calling” played a bit of a role as well.

Think about it. We drove for two late TDs when they knew EXACTLY what we would be doing, but we could not get a first down earlier, when we could run anything in the playbook.

Mond had decent stats today. How about giving up 2 Tds in the 1st?

Dan Moore, Jared Hocker and Colton Prater have no business starting on any power 5 team, let alone ours.

He may not have been our Biggest problem, but he was still a very big problem. Don’t let garbage time stats where Auburn was playing conservative defense fool you.

Missed the wide open wheel route. Didn’t take off when he had room to run that could’ve kept drives going. Still had bad throws/ high passes.

He simply does not read and react fast enough at this level.

Is it safe to say that pubes himself is a large part of the problem? That his dumb arse is the media face of our program is a serious problem.

Disagree. Mind should have been using his legs earlier in the game instead of staying in the pocket for so long. They were giving him 5 to 8 yards every time.

Mind isn’t a winner. He’s more interested in performing than in winning. He’s a show pony.

Been saying it forever now. The line wasn't great but there are consistently plays to be made that he flat out misses be it b/c it's an awful throw, he refuses to run, or he straight up doesn't see the open man.

I also cannot accept how we seem to take a month and a day to get every play going regardless of the situation. Do we even have a hurry up offense?

Basically all the observations from the first few weeks apply here. There are plays to be made an we aren't making them. I would have rather risked Starkel's gun slinging ways over Mond simply b/c he gets the ball out. What is the benefit of Mond's running ability if he almost never chooses to use it?

Well who would guarantee wins at press conferences if they weren't around?

Look I’m no loooch fan boy, but I’d say the corps being the face of aggieland is more of an issue for the football program than the man child.

Thank Malon Southerland, Ray Bowen, and all their successors who didn't reverse the stupid fricking Corps Block garbage from 1996.

Prior to the Big 12, the only cadets who sat in a block were the Aggie Band.

One thing I can guarantee you: I won’t know what Looch says on Monday unless you post it here.

At this point, what can you do? Throwing Calzada into the SEC gauntlet doesn't make any sense. You want to develop him, not destroy his confidence. We have no running game for him to fall back on, so our best bet is to see this through. Keep working with Mond and make the most of it.

So far, this season has been the season we all thought it would be. We all knew we would get at least 4 losses. Unfortunately for us, Auburn is just having a typical Auburn year where they'll overachieve and go 10-2. Nix isn't a good QB, but their gimmick run game and their defense will give them a good season.

This loss sucks. No doubt. But if we're keeping it real, were right on schedule. So what are we crying about??? .

The fact that he's been able to exhaust his supply speaks volumes.

Well for me, it’s how we lost. I keep seeing people say how it was only 8 points to a top 10 team in the country, but we were never in that game. A lot of the second half was spent down 3 scores. It was 21-3 at one point. Had we lost on a final drive touchdown or field goal, or even simply had it close until sometime in the 4th I’d feel a lot better.

But we didn’t look competitive at all that game and got our butts handed to us from the opening whistle. And that was something jimbo was supposed to fix.
