I'd bet we hit 100k. People are excited to see the complete stadium.

I would bet 100k if we were playing ASU at kyle field. But I really would be surprised if we reach that mark for ball state

From what I've seen on stubhub and the TA ticket exchange, the demand for Ball St has been much higher than Nevada, who you would think is a more attractive opponent. I think the excitement helps attendance a lot, and it will be high, but I'd be surprised if we fully packed the place.

I'm going to say close to capacity. It's Ball State, sure, but it's also the First Game In Completed New Kyle Field. That's not going to happen again.

Plus, people will still be geeked over the ASU game, and the chance to finally see a good defense at home again.

I dont think it would matter who we are playing. Kyle Field will be at or near capacity this weekend.

It's the shiny new toy everyone wants to see.

Looking at individual tickets through the foundation, there's maybe a few hundred left, if that. They are at the in the top 10 rows of the north end zone on the corners and at 3 in the top corner of the south end zone.

We're gonna be close to full. This game isn't your daddy's OOC cupcake - its the first game in the new Kyle Field.

And I'm excited to be in AC3 for it.

25K to 30K more than any college stadium in the state.

I won't be.

It's the home opener and also the first game in the completed stadium.

Nevada may be a slightly more attractive opponent but they are still game 3 overall and game 2 in Kyle.

Little over 100k.
For Bama we'll probably have 105k even though max capacity is 102 something

It was vs Lamar and the game was delayed for quite a while by a massive lightning storm. That and the stadium not being done were fairly large factors and even then they still sold 104k tickets to the game.

even prior to the delay, there was probably no more than 90k

it still had a major part of the renovation completed

I have no doubt that we will have sold a sell out, I would just be surprised if we actually get 100k people in the stadium

Ball State is still an FBS team most CFB fans have heard of. Lamar? Umm... nah.

where were you sitting? I was on the second deck east side and there were massive gaps in the upper portion of the south endzone. Like it may have been half full

I wouldnt be surprised if people know as much about ball state as they do Lamar

And there are less than 500 available on flash seats

It's a sell out.

And that is impressive for Ball State, lots of excitement for new Kyle and our new defense
