Any marathon runners know the best way to get over "hitting the wall"?
I was doing ok in my training and utterly failed on the 20 mile run yesterday. I only made it through 14 before I completely broke down and needed a ride back, so I'll be running the half instead of a full like I originally planned.

I'm sure it also helps when you are actually able to run outside more than 2-3 times a month when it's not raining for 20 days straight.
As far as gel packs though, what's your go-to?

Can someone tell our AD to shut the frick up already when it comes to conference issues? The dude is going to end up with another massive egg on his face with all the arrogance he oozes.

Remember when he spoke out of turn last summer during realignment and made us look bad? You'd figure he would learn to keep his mouth shut when it came to conference topics.
But he didn't.
A few days ago he guaranteed that Texas will be playing at Kyle Field in year one. But we all know the schedules haven't even been set yet. Hell, we could even end up requesting that we travel to Austin during their first year in order to balance our home slate. It all depends on when Texas joins and how our home schedule will look.
And then there's the whole Jimbo vs Saban saga where he made us look like bitches after he admitted to running to the conference commissioner to see if he could get Saban in trouble.
And now, he's talking about who would be who's preferred permanent opponent. He's practically playing the whole "We don't care about Texas, but we actually kind of do" card.
The dude is writing some checks that have a chance of bouncing. Who even hired this clown? Ship his arse back to Ole Miss ffs.
