It's obvious OP doesn't keep up with CFB. Georgia is always favored coming into this game. This is nothing new. They were always favored when Saban was head coach.

DeBoer literally has the upper hand on Kiffin in every statistic imaginable. Much higher win %, way more wins against the top 25, way more wins against the top 25 on the road, conference championship and playoff appearances at two different schools, etc. And he's been doing nowhere near as long as a HC. The guy has only been a D1 coach for 7 seasons, with 5 of those at the P5/ P4 level. His resume blows Kiffin's out of the water.
