What has Kiffen ever won?

Except being the OC on a National Championship Team? 
Let's look at his career:
*He was fired for cause with the Raiders.
* Left Tennessee in the middle of the night to take his "dream job" with Southern Cal after one season.
*Left on the tarmac after three underwhelming seasons at Southern Cal.
* Landed a rehab job as OC at Bama where seemed to flourish, only to be told to leave by Saban due reported inappropriate behavior with a boosters wife.
* Admittedly, he has Ole Miss on it's best three year stretch ever, but as a head coach he has never even won a division title.
This dude pursues high profile hires and is followed by controversy.

Me either.
Lane Kiffin, however, won two conference championships as a head coach. Sure, it was FAU. But if it was so easy, why don't more coaches have that on their resumés?

He’s won precisely the same number of championships as DeBoer had when we was hired by Bama.

We know how good of a coach he is. We also know his propensity to light every thing on fire because he can’t help himself.
