Alrighty, now that I’ve calmed down a bit, let’s talk ball.
Trinidad was the best player on the field tonight. By far. He carried the offense on a night where we really struggled to run the ball.
LSU’s starting RB is a really great player. He kept the ball moving on first and second down all night.
Traylon Ray was a guy that joined our program last year and didn’t do anything last season. He had a great night and constantly found open space.
LSU’s defense, to no surprise, is really damn good. Y’all contained Kewan and applied lots pressure in that third quarter.
The game changed when Trey’Dez Green got hurt. I said in my honest thoughts after the Louisville game that he was going to eat us alive, and he was until he went down. I hope he’s okay, he’s a hell of a player.
The absolute BALLS on Pete Golding and John David Baker to go for two after that last TD. Great job by the offense executing the hard count twice in a row.
Not kick while he’s down, but Leavitt really needs to work on his short/medium passing accuracy. Open TD on goal to go at the end that he just missed.
LSU is still gonna win a lot of games this year, make no mistake. Tonight was a heavyweight bout between two well-coached teams. LSU probably wins this game if it’s in Baton Rouge.
Good luck the rest of the way LSU. You’re in good hands with Kiffin (I’m not being sarcastic, he’s a damn fine coach).

Well said. Pete gained some respect in my eyes going for 2 , liked that call. See you in the playoffs hopefully

Good game. I am absolutely disgusted with our defensive coordinator play calling.
Chambliss is the real deal and he proved it tonight. The recipe is out how to stop him with pressure so yall have the film to fix it.
Hopefully we can some how Weasley our way into
Playoffs but I don’t see it with miss st looking good, Kentucky looking good and bama and Texas on the schedule. We will see. We could be looking at a 5 loss year dear god I hope not but it’s possible.
Gotta win every single game we are supposed to and split bama and Texas with the loss being close to have a shot. Y’all’s big uglies looked good on both sides of the ball esp defense

I wonder if they were actually going to go for it originally. What's 5 yards of penalties for delay of game on an extra point? I think they were trying to get LSU to jump, otherwise they would have kicked it.

JT Lindsey ran with purpose tonight. Was told he wasn't good enough to compete for a spot in that LSU backfield but he's better than Gage who averaged 1 YPC and fricking sucks.
