I'm on team FG there. Give yourself a chance when your Offense is sluggish. Gives positive vibes and points going into locker.
That's a good point, I will concede that. But, you really can't excuse not going for it the first time around. Our defense up to that point had been playing lights out. The blocked FG was a momentum shift and that did us no favors (obviously).

I think its from the fire that melted his skin off when he became the red skull.

I’m team FG as well.
But I’m not team 3-Red-zone-possessions-6-points.

Moore's redzone offense has been shite every year, including 2023

First half time of possession:
Missouri: 21:32
Oklahoma: 8:27
OU getting 1.6 pts per minute of poss.
MZ getting 0.28 pts per minute of poss.

Was it expecting them to go for it.
Not on 4th.
But I expected a pass attempt, or something against the flow like a bootleg at some point.

Don't forget STs. They have sucked under Drinkwitz.

Problem is our kicker is garbage. Don’t even trust him to make chip shots.
Y'all switched kickers.

Agreed. Give him a bag so we can keep Luper and Batoon, and let Drink and Moore go on their way. LSU ain't going to want Moore as an OC, holy hell can you imagine the melt?

That first quarter could not have gone worse if we were making a tutorial on how to shite the bed in the first quarter.

Drink is good at a couple of things, he can recruit like a mad man ... but the guy just can't find decent QB's and develop them. He is also absolutely awful when it comes to managing his OC/offense.

In this SEC how good does your HC have to be at recruiting, especially at Mizzou?
Elite recruiter needing to improve OC hire >>>>>> Average recruiter needing better players.

I agree. Drink is a good football CEO. He's just got to hire a better OC.

You're not wrong. In the world of NIL and the investment the university has made at Mizzou, it should not be hard to continue to keep ourselves strongly positioned to be in the hunt for 4-stars and 5-stars.
What we really need is Kronke to correct his unforgiveable wrong of moving the Rams and just throw an absolute bag at our NIL collective and just go full on A&M retard mode with it.

Toward the end of the half the announcer mentioned a conversation he had with Drink this week in which he said he wants to be somewhere that gives him the best chance to win.
I find that line of thinking very revealing.
Of course coaches want resources BUT HE HAS THEM.
Play-calling is on him.
In game management.
Sick of his incessant whining.

Like I said, a tale of two quarters. Now lets see if OU can do something VERY rare for them. Take a second half opening draft down the field for points.

I like that. Let's see if Mizzou defense can do something rare and pick-6 this bitch.

Shouldn’t TAMU be playing at Gaylord Stadium rather than OU?
