I'm in the ADC world and have spent my life in plants working on data collection projects. It's all about efficiencies with robotics and intelligence replacing people. You will need fewer people but they will need skills and will be pay accordingly. Farm tech is the same.

The tech out there is incredible but someone's got to keep the Spacely sprockets and Cogswell Cogs lubed.

I do not understand why they refused to play a low post game.
