well if you and look at Lane's very first press conference of this fiasco he did say those exact words. if you don't believe me go and look it up yourself. it's all there.

I know he said that and when we pointed out he had said it and was backing down, you all laughed. You guys are unbelievable.

It’s not hard to follow. LSU fans were saying what they would like to see and were frustrated. Kiffin stated all along he would comply. It’s elementary folks just use your brain slightly and you can get the answers you are seeking.

1. When we told you Kiffin saying he would follow the rules was him backing down, you laughed.
2. You did not say "what we want is to play the players but we understand"....blah blah. You were saying Sankey can stuff it and all this other crap.
3. You thought you coach and AD and Prez were gonna shake their fists in Sankeys face and tell him to stuff it.
Your coach backed down just like he said he would.
That does not mean you all believed he would. You believed opposite.
You are trying to make this about what Lane said.
This is about what you all believed was happening and what did happen.
