A lot of LSU graduates I know in the Dallas area kids go to Arkansas because LSU doesn't waive out of state tuition for kids of graduates. At least that's the reason I was told.

It's mentioned but Fontenot is a Colonial French name not associated with the Cajuns. The Fontenots were here not too long before the Cajuns showed up arriving in the River Parishes at the end of the French and Indian war.
