LSU struggled with LA Tech for a half. Yes they beat Clemson by a large margin, but Clemson is dogshit.
It's Q4 and Clemson is only beating GA Southern 16-7.

LA tech had 13 yards if total offense in the 4th quarter before they busted a big play on the backups. Struggle is one word you could use i guess.

I said struggled for a half. It was 10-7 halftime. What would you call that exactly??

There’s going to be some dogfights this year.

Texas at top, Georgia next, then LSU, Tenn, OM, A&M, Bama, Miss St. No huge gaps. Will certainly change by Oct.
But, congrats to Texas--huge win over a very good team.

Top 5:
1. Georgia
2. Texas
3. LSU
4 Texas A&M
5. Alabama
UGA is the best all around despite having played no one.

This really looks like a year where there might be 13 or 14 teams capable of beating anyone in the conference. Texas defense looks great and uga just doesn't lose hardly ever, but a lot of balance in the league this year.

Maybe you’re right. Apathy apparently has set in there. I hardly see any OU fans on the board tonight

quote:With the exception of Pig and Vandy coming back to reality, I think the SEC is stronger top to bottom than it has been in a long time. B1G had their short run of dominance, that comes to an end this season. I expect the SEC to have 5 playoff teams at minimum, and the rest will win their bowl matchups.

That’s a tough break for our Sooner SEC brethren. I thought OU would win. Still SEC went 2-1 against Big10LSU.

If you really got the reference, you'd know his name is Reggie McNeal.
