Reverse searing has become popular in recent years, especially on thick cuts. My results have been fairly mixed from reverse searing, so I don't do it anymore.

Others swear by it, though. Try it out and see if you like it.

Is “corrupt” the word you’re looking for to describe both of those shitshows?

FIFA & the IOC can both DIAF.

No denying that. Their corruption would make a Texas Tech judge blush.

I'll still watch a few games, though.
I am going to watch some games. Why not? I don't watch soccer too often, but it's the World Cup. It's like the Olympics. I don't care about many of the Olympic events, but I will watch anyway.

Great site. Thanks for sharing that.
Despite being in Mississippi, it is probably full of leather-skinned Europeans.

I think you’re more likely to actually be shot if you’re NOT the target in these types of mass shootings

Certainly seems that way.
I’m did not, but my wife (nope) and I took our son on one when he graduated.
That’s a literal blast from the past. I had a friend down the street that had one. We were all jealous.

I didn’t know they were made by LJN, though. They made better water guns than video games, that’s for sure.
