How can Arkansas be so bad every year

They have resources, they have talent nearby, and they have fans that will support.
But every year for a while now they are by far the worst team in the league. Can't even beat teams like Missouri anymore

They apparently think the key to winning is that have some QB named KJ (insert generic last name) is the key to success. This is not the case.

Are you serious, Clark?
Arkansas has literally no advantages.
Small state with low population. Terrible in state football talent and too far from fertile recruiting grounds to attract decent talent. Arkansas had a pipeline to Texas, but they ended once A&M joined the SEC.

There has to be some good in state talent. No in-state rival. Companies in your backyard. NIL era. Arkansas can do it. Gotta have good leadership, though

Arkansas got cut off from the DFW recruiting market when they left the SWC and haven't been able to rebuild that pipeline. Had they stuck around and joined the Big 12 with half the SWC teams they'd have been a lot better off.
