Because he was probably a plan B type of guy. It's pretty evident that Chizik didn't get a top target. JMO though.

It makes sense if you think that possibly Cameron turned us down tonight. He wanted to wait till after the playoffs to make a decision and he did. Don't know a whole lot about this guy but we will see.

Probably a backup plan. Or the backup plan to the first backup plan. There is no way he was option #1 though. Otherwise he would have been hired 3 weeks ago.

From my understanding he is pro style. I recall he is the person Meyer brought in for the 09 season to help Tebow prepare for the nfl. It is not a great hire, but Auburn fans who are frustrated now will probably be over this soon.

He's a pro style OC with some multiple look concepts. He runs some Pistol, etc.
