We aren't blind. We know who has the titles. What makes me laugh, though, is that Bama fans are not happy until every other fanbase admits that we effectively do not even have a football program compared to yours.

Whatever.

You and I both know that the only real challenge you will face all year will be against LSU in November. If Bama is SO FAR out in front of LSU that game would be seen the same way you see the Ole Miss game.

The sad thing is, you know that you can lose that game and still make it to the national championship game because LSU has a gauntlet to run through and you don't. So, just like 2011, it really doesn't matter who is better on the field

I think most reasonable fans understand that LSU is not Ole Miss. We understand that we can lose to you. But to say that our programs are on equal footing is simply not the case. None of us need you to tell us that we are better. We know we are. We just wanted to clarify that we are, in fact, the superior program to y'all.

Bama fans think, however, that all Saban needs to do is show up in a recruits living room and he can turn anyone

And some LSU fans think that if a highly rated recruit chooses to leave their state then it's because of "working angles" and giving benefits to handlers and other not so thinly veiled accusations of cheating.

The Bamatards are fishing as hard as they can for us to concede defeat. Some of these guys crack me up.

Hey guys thanks for exposing our offense and making us better. Like Patton said, iron sharpens iron. Cam will be a difference maker. Robinson and Cameron. It is what it is.

Programs aren't made by one game each year. It seems to me that LSU fans think they are on par with Alabama because they match up with Alabama and that is always a great football game. But then LSU turns around and loses to Clemson. Or they lose five games in 2008 when Alabama started this run. Or they lose to Ole Miss twice in a row. What Alabama has built over the last five seasons is far and above what anybody else has done over their 13, or 14 or 15, game seasons. Just because Alabama-LSU is a bloodbath battle every year doesn't mean the programs are "on equal ground" based on that one game a year.

2008 when Alabama started this run

Right. In case you forgot, we started a pretty great run in 2001 that still hasn't ended.

That's cute.

Our run started in 1925.

So how long do you think TD will be down for after his announcement?

They are already flipping out over him. I am an LSU fan, but no one recruit will bring down one program and lock in another.

Team A- has won 3 out of the last 4 titles
Team B- has lost 3 of it's last 4 bowl games and hasn't won a major bowl since 07

Very equal imo

All BS aside, the LSU coaching staff thinks its 50/50

I personally think its 90/10 Bama

If the coaching staff is saying that and don't know yet, it doesn't look too good.

90/10 Bama is probably to favorable.

I'd venture a guess at 70/30 UA

Word is cam and momma are going to pray on it for another two days. Great strategy, seriously.

Our staff is convinced that he is undecided. I'm very skeptical.

I think you miss the point here buddy.
Its not that we have a competitive game against each other and thus we are equal. Anyone can get up for one team on a given day.

Its that both teams are usually in a position that whoever wins that one particular game goes on to play for an SEC Championship which in turn usually translates into playing for a National Championship.

And the point of this being brought up was that if a recruit is debating between LSU and Bama, the deciding factor is not being made on which is a better football program, as they are both highly successful and talented programs.
