If that is even true, I guarantee arse&m paid close to the texas offer.

I don't care what side it came from.

Are you talking about old Sarge?

He got dominated by LCA tonight. Jujuan Johnson absolutely ran and threw all over him and Acadiana. I’m in the area, he dominates average competition and fades against solid teams

Dat Texas money. Looks like the A&M version won this round against Texas . I dont blame any of these recruits for taking the highest bids. Setting up your family is all that really matters at the end of the day. It aint your loyalty to your state.

1) Agreed, although the reporting and rumor mill on this one said he did not go for the highest NIL offer.

2) Now that I have growing kids, the concept of state loyalty is a bit stupid. If you do have a kid with particular interests and the best setup for that is out of state, you of course support that.

Per football, at least half the best players in Texas leave the state every year, so it is what is here.

That grown man got taken to the wood shed by LSU commit JuJuan Johnson.

quote:

But the Knights live by an "all gas, no breaks" mantra and any momentum the Wreckin' Rams had going into the locker room quickly evaporated when LCA senior quarterback and LSU commit Ju'Juan Johnson ripped off a 77-yard TD run on the first play of the third quarter.

Johnson and LCA didn't look back, running away from Acadiana, 61-38, at Bill Dotson Field on Friday night in the star-studded season opener. Earlier in the day, Acadiana five-star defensive lineman Dominick McKinley announced his commitment to Texas A&M.

quote:

While the lead changed four times in the first half, Johnson kept throwing haymakers for the Knights, accounting for his team's first eight TDs on the night — four passing and four rushing.

"We always say, 'all gas, no brakes,'" said Johnson, sporting a nasty gash across his forehead that he sustained on a play where his helmet was pulled out in the second quarter. "No matter the competition, from the highest seed to the lowest, we always keep going."

quote:

For the game, Johnson amassed 449 yards, 316 passing and 143 on the ground.

That qb dominated on the ground. Mckinely was stonewalled by a 6’0 center with no d1 offers all night. Was at the game, McKinley was a non factor against LCA line. Hills looked better

If it makes you feel better then you can say Dom anchored a defense that held LCA to 61 points.

Didn't say he sucks. He may be a future 1st Rd player. Just passing on some news from last night's game and pleased with the LSU recruit's performance.

Sorry if that bothers you.

So you're gonna brag about this then complain when we point out he probably shouldn't be a 5 star?

Cute.
