I read somewhere that around half of the recruits that attend Big Cat Weekend end up signing with Auburn every year.

It's been like that since Chizik has been here.

It'd be interesting if we could put together lists of said Big Cat Weekends and compare them to our signees from every year.

It's the huge recruiting weekend around memorial day every year where almost all of AU's big targets visit. It's different than normal recruiting weekends cuz they play games and it's more of a fun weekend where all of the recruits and coaches can bond. Many of the big recruits AU has gotten the past couple of years have come to Big Cat Weekend. Usually there's a pretty big commit or two, either at the Weekend or shortly after

Luper visited the school for an evaluation earlier on Tuesday, with wide receivers coach Trooper Taylor visiting the school last week. Wilkins called Luper on Tuesday night, where Luper praised Wilkins' highlight film, personality, and size, as Wilkins has developed into a top priority for Auburn at the running back position for 2013.

"He said I'm their number one guy, he said, 'you're the guy I want to coach'. He said I'm the guy they want and they want me at Auburn," Wilkins said. "Coach Trooper said I'm their number one guy and that feels good knowing that. Auburn is definitely one of the schools I've been looking at hard."

So, what does that say about Tyshon Dye?
