I mean.. Stidham struggles under pressure in the pocket(especially in that second year) but in 2017, Auburn did win the West and beat #1 ranked UGA and #1 ranked Bama in consecutive weeks.

Stidham was good in those games and had AU at #2 and in position to go to the playoff until they lost to UGA in the rematch at the SECCG. Not sure if people remember any of that but it’s not like he’s totally incapable.

Westbrook seeks out triple doubles as more of a vanity metric and has a higher usage rate with far less efficiency overall.

OL...I can't remember winning a deep south OL that others wanted badly. We did get fooled by the kid from up North.
Calvin Ashley was a 5* LT but he was a bust and left. Austin Troxell was wanted by everybody and we were excited to get him but injuries have derailed his career. We’ve landed several highly coveted guys on the OL but a lot of them just never panned out.

ETA: I thought Calvin Ashley was from Florida for some reason so maybe you’re right.

Yeah tbh I thought it looked illegal too.
I mean I’m fine but just annoyed by the double standards that exist yet are denied at every turn. It’s a weakness of mine to be so triggered by irrational reasoning when I observe it. I’m aware of that, but I don’t see many here practicing any degree of self-awareness and find a lot of dish-it-out-but-can’t-take-it types of behavior. Advance beyond your animalistic functions into your higher reasoning functions that makes you human and not beast. frick lol

Well this is an LSU SITE soooooo

Well I mean everyone talked about the holds and LSU fans asked for proof. Evidence was provided but apparently too true to argue and as a result the message was repressed. I’ve been here a long time and honestly I don’t remember anything like this. This is shameful and unapologetically biased, and I thought the mods would at least try to appear objective.

LSU site. Does that help?

Next question please.
So the rant has essentially become communist China. And you’re good with that it would seem. I just wanted you to articulate your hypocrisy so we can keep that in mind for future reference. It’s possibly the most chicken shite thing I’ve ever seen on the internet but at least we’re on the same page here.
Notice my joining membership date. There was a certain conspiracy thread that was highly popular on here around that time and one could argue it was a defining aspect of the SEC rant.

Does this hypocrisy know no bounds? How do you look at yourself and not see lies?
It isn’t a conspiracy thread. It includes a video with discussion over the holds and failure to penalize them.

I have another question. Do you allow conspiracy threads involving other schools? I’m confused, because it seems like that’s allowed all the time. Just not when it pertains to a negative outlook on LSU, correct? I just want to be clear here.
The Holding Club thread seems to be anchored. Is this seriously the policy for controlling the narratives around here? What a joke.

Is this thread anchored? Why are the replies not pushing it to the top?

Is this seriously happening?

2019 LSU-Auburn is not a good example for Auburn to be complaining about.
Auburn lost by three points and the video clearly shows holds on two touchdown plays. That’s two scoring plays directly influenced by the failure to appropriately flag the hold. To further contextualize, earlier in the initial LSU scoring drive when they were backed up inside the 10, Burrow’s scramble on 3rd and 12 was available because of a hold on Derrick Brown.

Why would we have no right to complain when we had our own aspirations for this season? Your attempt to trivialize the significance in comparison is myopic and confusingly irrational.
Hypocrisy and willful ignorance.

Get the frick outta here with that
The situations aren’t entirely dissimilar. Both had a clear impact on the outcome and could have far-reaching consequences for both teams beyond this singular game.

I generally find conspiracies cringeworthy and misguided, but an objective observer watching that game would conclude that the officials must have had a plan to help LSU by allowing them to hold and therefore neutralizing AU’s strongest asset. The motive isn’t that complicated but man that’s tough to watch.

Looked like LSU pass rush was far superior than Auburn’s in the game. A team with a strong pass rush typically gets held more.
Jesus. Watch the video I linked above and get back to me there coach.
