I know about the Yazoo Land Scandel but it only covered the northern part of the Mississippi Territory. The bottom half of the territory which made up the future states of MS and AL was given to the US via the Treaty of Madrid by Spain in 1798. The treay actually took place in 1796.

Langley is set to announce at his teams opening game which is in the Georgia Dome live on ESPN Aug 25th. He has already agreed to do it with ESPN. IO sometimes wonder if Bone really has a clue or if he trolls boards like this for his info. He may be correct or should I say a good guess but I think Langley woll milk this for everything he can.JMO

The only one on there I can remember our fanbase giving a damn about was Dickson. Didn't pay attention to any of the others (I guess Lee, but only because of his brother) during recruiting. But I guess good for Carpenter since he was 1st round in the Draft
