Is it magpul stock/PSA classic LPK or that cheap Blackhawk/PTAC crap?

Ok, so the furniture is more important than the moving parts? Just advise him to get the coolest looking rifle, and he'll be good to go.

To answer the OP, yes that is a good deal. PSA has provided consistent quality. Not only have I ran their system through rain annd dirt, but there have been high volume retailers who have put it through much worse on full auto.

OP, I was in your shoes just a few short years ago. I highly advise you to just research parts, catch good deals, and watch YouTube videos on how to build one on your own. Im far from being mechanically inclined, but if you have 6 hours of your time you'll save time and money, and get exactly what you want.

How did you dad like it when y'all went?

Please do not do this, Op. It will not end well...

Question, do you know many men that age? Let alone WW2 vets? Im only 30, and my grandpa would flip his shite. Couple the loss of dignity(how they view it, not myself) with combat memories?

Ive never been to the place, but I recommend you not tell that man to sit in a chair while you move him around.

It's really simple, the product the MDB puts out ong gameday is abysmal, and hurts the atmosphere inside of BDS. It's been this way for a long time, and it's time for a change.

Again...bitching with no actual thought as to how to improve.

I've already laid it out for you....play music that's appropriate for the moment, and that will also motivate the players/fans. Very simple, there's thousands' of songs that you can choose from.

Show tunes, Love Shack, sappy romantics are what NOT to play.

I'm guessing you were kicked out of the band in high school for being a dick and are taking out your anger behind a keyboard. Nice.

Ha, riiiiiiight. I'm pretty sure a band has never kicked out anyone, I'm guessing they'll take whoever they can get. See this is what people talk about when they say you have an overblown sense of self worth, and have no idea of what your role is. Get a grip.

Oh please spare me the "Dr. Ozello(not a real Dr mind you) is an acoustic genius who is world renown for his vision blah blah blah."

Bottomline is at best you're bland/boring, at worst you're innappropriate and actually detrimental to the atmosphere.

You serve ONE purpose, and that is get the team/fans pumped up. I can promise you that no one cares about the artistic direction you guys take. Again, it is NOT about you.

***I'm strictly talking about the live game, not the halftime show. I cant comment on the halftime show considering I gave up on it my sophomore year.

LOVE SHACK is a little ollle place where, we, can get to-geth-urrrrrrrrr love shack baby yahhh!

And yet again someone is bitching about the MDB but doesn't say what they think will make them better.

Is the answer not obvious? Make yourselves relevant by playing music that's appropriate for the moment/atmosphere. Play music that brings out emotion for the fans.******Not melancholy or sappy emtoions.

I think you forget why you're there. NO ONE gives a shite about about Dr. Ozello and his vision of bringing masterful delight through quirky expressions of musical acoustics. Either get the fans pumped up/into the game, or GTFO.

It's not about you, it's about the fans and football team. Remember that.

And then last week, the fans are all jacked up at the half and the band chooses to play a freakin medley of "Love Songs"????

Yup. that's their calling card. When everyone is jacked up and jumping out of their seats, the MDB will come in with some sappy love song, and be a huge buzzkill.

I really just wish we'd get rid of them, and step it up with something else. Not only are they failing at their job to get the fans pumped up, but they actually can take the fans out of the game.

This, this, and this.

I have no idea how the half time show goes, because I gave up on that a long time ago. Too many awkward times.

What surprises me is the delusion of the MDB posters in this thread about what they're there for. Very inflated self worth.

You're forgettable. That's it. You're there to get the crowed into/pumped up, and you always fail.

Sometimes I think about how much louder the stadium would be if the band tickets just went to the rest of the students.

What they fail to tell you is they bend the rules like anybody else.

After graduating and being in the work world ive met a few former Uga players. And yes, many recieve "warnings" about team rules violations, and if they screw up again they get busted with their "first failed drug test".

They just use this as their excuse for shitting the bed every year

I love how you speak for certain that he's never gotten in trouble.

Answer me one question- how in the hell do you know he hasnt had issues swept under the rug, and that was just the last straw?

Quit talking out of your arse, and quit making excuses.

As a former greek at UA who benefited from block seating I'm completely in favor of getting rid of it.

Greeks should not be entitled to any seats/sections in BDS. First come, first serve, and those are usually the ones who are the loudest and stay late. Just because you pay dues doesn't mean you have the right to a seat.
Gold.

Gotta love UGA fans. They make it real easy to laugh at them. While there's a few good ones on here the majority of them are horrible. A consistently shitty fanbase. It's the same way in person. Inflated self worth, kool-aid drinkin homers. They have no idea where they stack up currently or historically.

They also usually come in 1st place in the "worst away game experience" threads.
Did a lotta blow in t town and it wasnt always the best quality. Me and a couple of buddys got a ball one night only to figure out shortly after that it was cut with laundry detergent. Threw up for about an hour.

Ive always gotten lucky with psychedelics and never had a bad trip
Not sure why you wouldnt want to visit of stadiums, but that's your choice.

ONE place I would not ever sit is in the North Endzone, specifically the upper section. It's bizzarro world. They just sit there like zombies. Half the people there dont appear to know what's going on, and the other half looks like they were forced to come. Stay away, it's a weird(not in a good way) section.
