Bo is a really strong Bama lean, obviously.
IMO his second school is clearly Georgia, not Auburn
Auburn wasn't even in his top 5...
Alabama, Georgia, Clemson, and Florida, in that order.
Yeah I miss read an earlier post. Props on the friendly response

Not that it matters...

True. I think its a combination of most guys around the country not knowing each other that well, and a lot of guys just don't give a s--t about that kind of attention...They are focused on more important things.

That comes down to coaching. UGA has the talent to be a NC contender but does not have the coach(es) to do so.
Judging by those contract extensions, they ain't going nowhere. Foster is one of the most talented defensive HS players in the past decade, regardless of coaching he is going to improve your team.

If we get Kimbrough, we'll add him to O'Neal, Rankin, and Reggie Carter at ILB. With McMillan the following year, we'll survive if we don't get Foster. Still want Foster worse than anyone else still on our board, but we'll survive no different than Bama would. One guy doesn't make or break a team
It's a little different "surviving" in the Outback Bowl than the BCS Title game. UGA needs a guy like Foster, Bama truly doesn't.

Wow. He is very good. Don't think we've had a guy that moves that well for his size. He and OJ would be compliment each other real well, especially with some of the speed we finally have on the outside.

I also thought this. But after reading today's scout.com interview, I'm not so sure.
Speaking of, are we posting subscription stuff, or partially posting, or should I just STFU?

If Langley doesn't have a committable offer, I doubt Matthews does. I'm sure he did at the start of the process, as many did, but as the spots shrink up many of those offers turn to conditional ones. (And I doubt Matthews cares anyway)
Matthews has been saying this stuff for months. This last article was so detailed that I'm starting to believe him more and more. But if they are talking about announcing when school starts, that's a lot of time. It's one thing telling your buddy on his moms couch that you're gonna play with him... It's another think walking into Nick Saban's office when you been committed for almost a year and telling him he ain't good enough. That campus is pretty persuasive especially when you see Championship pictures and rings and at Georgia you ain't gettin all that.
I think it's 51/49 Bama right now. Could def see RF at Georgia. This is why I'm intrigued with the Derrick Henry saga, because IMO, he is going to be one hell of a MLB. Not many guys that size that move like him and I would say he and RF are enigma’s. Either way, should be interesting.

How does a 5-7 season change those odds? Who's their QB again? :dunno:

Thanks for the info, Bucc.
That is great news on Alexander. IMO he is by far the most intriguing prospect in the class. Getting him would be best case scenario for our D-backfield.
Still hoping Walker roll's with the good guys but you never know. If we could score him and either Gilmore or Adams, that would certainly lessen the blow from Rob N.

bona fide,

How you feelin' about McElwain?!

As long as NE don't play the Giants, they should be fine. I'm tryin to figure out how my Broncos are gonna make up 40 pts after last years playoff beatdown. Manning I great but he doesnt play defense...

Under McElwain, it was more important for the TE's to block than catch. The TE's were never any kind of deep threat and would catch short passes on well designed plays. CJM never tried to isolate our TE's with miss matches or anything like that. Bottom line is they did much more blocking than catching.
But I'm really hoping that changes. When OJ gets here it would be silly not to. They need to get him matched up on big LB's in space and that kind of stuff. Aside from the Michael Williams fake punt TD, I can't ever think of a TE making a dynamic play down the field.
-Edit: I'm trippin. Colin Peek had a few nice catches and one in the SECCG.

Sandkhan,
You have me cracking up this mornin!!
The only change I'd make to your list is Dodd is more than "meh" guy. Lots of folks really like his potential and he is a monstorously fat person. That's a good combination.
Oh yeah, and you better put Bateman in the Bucc ZOMG category, playa, when you consider Ely is our backup right now!

Ole 3-star Darren Lake didn't get an instate offer from Auburn and was never recruiting by Auburn. Must mean you guys have a lower talent level than Auburn, right? Tyler Nero was ranked higher, hence Auburn won a recruiting battle over Alabama, right?
You really had to reach for this. And I'm enjoying the hell out of it!

Its a pretty big stretch to say that interview would influence a recruit. Those questions are fluff compared to what he is hearing from coaches on his visits.
Good thing those coaching interviews aren't recorded and edited for millions of people to see...

Of course his job is to update the subscribers on his recruitment. And Tyren did that within the first few questions. The idea that he kept prying and asking repetitive questions leads me to believe he was hoping that Tyren would make some news. In other words, hoping he could trip him up. A 17 year old kid is bound to miss speak or fumble words if you reword the same questions enough. Did you really listen to that interview and not think it was at the very least uncomfortable? I thought it was.
