Not only is Allen a take, he's expected to commit and the staff will be estatic. This comes directly from someone who sits in on over 1/2 of the staff meetings.

I'm starting to wonder if he's talking about a different Allen than the rest of us, because there isn't a program in the country that would not accept his committment imo.

I would be ecstatic if we landed Allen but I'll play devil's advocate. Is it not possible that 2 or more of the following are higher on our coaches' board than Allen?

If 2 or 3 of those guys are higher on the board and our coaches feel good about our chances with them, then it's possible that he doesn't have a committable offer right now.

I see what you're saying, but I also tend to think that if Saban could sign all of those guys he would and figure out where the hell to play them later.

What's up with all the guys wearing turtlenecks instead of a dress shirt and tie? Are they trying to look like mobsters or something? Honestly, I'm surprised CNS would allow that.

Phaz is a good guy and poster. I've been chatting him up for a few years now. He's a good info guy. Not saying he's right or wrong because everyone misses in recruiting but he's usually dead on.

you've always been alright to me as have the rest of the Bama guys. i'm not for the flame wars(aside from my own fanbase) and just like getting good' close to the truth as possible recruiting info. I'd invite you guys over to the LSUU board more often but the assholes always have some slick shite to say. It's easier for me to come here. Capstone has been posting on the LSU board since i've been on TD(and before when i lurked) and has always been a good poster over there but he gets blasted eveytime he posts for some reason. Must be the Jack LB fixation some of my brethren have.

I really don't want to be a dick to anyone on here either, just got a lot of good info on Aday, DIRECT info & the sooner J.Allen commits the better, staff also hasn't lost sight of the fact that we led most of the time & almost landed a 2nd Jack LB prospect last recruiting cycle, but we didn't, so we are 1 behindThis post was edited on 4/20/12 at 7:49 pm
