They have started Lee out at ILB (as they usually do with players that could go either way) but I still think he will end up at SAM.
i agree. he seems a little slim for ILB at this point. but so did the last guy who wore #25. i'm excited to see what cochran can do with him in 2 years time

We need him, but none of those quotes make me any more confident of flipping him.

LoL c'mon man
Jesse Williams would've started at LSU, he was unblockable in a 4 man front as a DT, unbelievable talent, and yes I absolutely know LSU had talented DL this year, but it is not homer at all.

Who is the "top OT" that is visiting next week?
Posted on 3/20/12 at 8:11 pm to CapstoneGrad06
Ethan Pocic.
One of the only "true" tackles left not committed to Michigan in the country, even though I'm sure they fricking lead.

No offense Buc, but if he was so good wouldn't he be leaving right now?
Like Brockers is after his first year starting. They are basically both JR's. Brockers redshirted in 09.
I think we have better since he was pegged a NG and still hasn't filled in that role.
So while your guy is going through spring practices our guy is getting ready for the NFL Draft.
Who had the better season?

Well, at least Michigan can't possibly offer any playing time to any Midwestern OTs we may go after for 2014.

Hoke is going to sell them on the new OT/WR hybrid position he is developing. It will look like a 5 WR set, but it will actually consist of 10 linemen and Denard Robinson's little brother at QB.

Not legit until Geno tweets him.

Bucwild, by your logic should Bama offer Kamara as well? If Nkemdiche is a different level of talent than LSU has ever seen then the same should be said about Bama. Pretty bold statement considering Robert is a hs Jr. And we have kids in the NFL and on their way in Montgomery and Mingo. Montgomery is a pretty freakish talent in his own right. I think Robert is a generational type talent but I think Clowney was better and that was just 2 years ago. I personally think Foster may be better in this class. He is on film easily.
Brockers is overrated based on where he will be drafted but he's being drafted like a recruit is recruited. All about his ceiling. It's almost unlimited. For a kid that basically only played 1 year of college ball, he was great this year. Think about him in Bama terms. He's big enough to play NG for Bama and more athletic than anyone size comparable on the Bama roster. Not many 6'6 320 guys move like Brockers. I think he is a boom or bust kid to be honest because he is just so inexperienced but his upside is so high that he'll be drafted top 10. Not as much risk these days with the limited money given to rookies. Teams will be more apt to draft upside guys. Some work out like Jason Pierre Paul, who was all upside when drated and some don't like Amobi Okoye or what ever his name is that came out of Louisville a few years ago at 19 years old. It's a crapshoot.

Thoughts on Tebow to the Jets rumor?

I'm fine with knowing it wouldn't be for a starting job, the Sanchez extension shows that.
Sparano loves the Wildcat, Rex loves running the ball. He'd also help in the locker room, lord knows the Jets need more positive figures.
I don't know if Drew Stanton or Greg McElroy will go if it happens. Stanton does have the bigger contract of the 2 as he was brought in to be a backup, but the staff isn't too hot on McElroy right now either.
Oddly enough, I'd pick Stanton out of the 2 if I could. The contract won't allow it, but I've liked him every since he came out of Michigan State...

Scout: Brendan Langley
"Alabama is my overall favorite," said this four-star prospect. "They are recruiting me the hardest. I talk to coach Kirby Smart at least twice a week. I definitely talk to him more than anyone else. We have a great connection with each other. There is no doubt about it."
"All they do at Alabama is win."

Well it sounds like it is down to Jets and Jags, so it is possible. I'd hate to see Tebow start for NYJ for your sake. It isn't fun watching him throw up ducks and take sacks...
