Georgia, Miami, and Notre Dame are probably locks at this point...I also like Texas, Alabama, Indiana, and maybe Ohio State....
Trying to figure out the Big 10 and SEC At-Large teams is an impossible task right now...
The Big XII is impossible...I don't really trust BYU or Texas Tech.
The ACC is interesting...I think its clearly Miami, but would not surprise me if Wake wins out. Would they get in if their only losses are to Miami?
Too many games left to be played still

I have Texas in over LSU because I think theyre both 9-3 but Texas has the head the head win over them.
That spot could I guess in theory be written as Texas/Lsu game winner just like I did for Ole Miss and Mizzou.

USC Oregon Michigan and Penn State have all made it where it is very very likely the big ten only gets 3 teams in.
If my 5th SEC team gets knocked out it would be by someone like a potentially 11-1 Wake Forrest, BYU losing to Utah then beating them in the Big 12 championship, or something like that.

Yeah, the ACC may get a 2nd team in based on how Miami ran over the SEC last year.
No 3 loss team is getting in.
No 3 loss team is getting in.

Just a little too late buddy
Actually just covered that in the post above yours
Also I think that the SEC is going to get some grace to some degree for moving to 9 games in conference, although I dont imagine it will be very much or as much as it should be, especially since we all play at least one p4 team OOC unlike certain teams in a certain conference.

Five teams from one conference is overboard.

Not given the trash schedules the other conferences play.
Other conference feast on teams in the lower quadrant of college football and play one top 25 game and end11-1 or 10-2, until they start playing a real OOC schedule they don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt.

I like to imagine crazy scenarios where AL gets screwed.
this assumes all 4 power champions are major upsets by low ranked teams, and ND loses a couple games
this is a crazy unthinkable, but possible scenario, where ND auto bid goes crazy.
CFP rank Team Status
1 Ohio State At-large
2 Georgia At-large
3 Oregon At-large
4 Texas At-large
5 Penn State At-large
6 Clemson At-large
7 Alabama Misses the field
8 Miami ACC champion
9 BYU Big 12 champion
10 LSU SEC champion
11 Indiana Big Ten champion
12 Notre Dame Automatic bid
13 Tulane Highest-ranked Group of Six team; automatic bid
