The last 2 years, the CFP has had a team outside the top 10 at the start of the year that has made it. Who do you have for this year?

If you mean losing by 50+ to UGA, Tennessee.

Oregon.
I think Dan Lanning is going to have their defense developed more this season to the point that it starts pushing other Pac 12 teams around.
12-1, Pac 12 champs, in the playoff.

Oregon or Oregon St in the Pac12.
I'd say WASH but they are already top 10.
Deboer, Lanning, and Jonathan Smith are excellent coaches too.

IDK, man. I have a hard time viewing Oregon as a TCU "Cinderella Story".
Oregon has played for a National Championship in the CFP era.
Edit: just read the entirety of the OP. Nevermind.

Losing Dillingham is going to hurt them more than people think. He dialed up some really good stuff for their offense last season and made Bo Nix look like a Heisman contender during the non-Georgia portion of their schedule.

One of these is not like the other. Big difference between scoring 50 and winning by 50. When the last time UT won by 50 over a ranked opponent.
My guess on the question is UNC.

This depends so much on their health. If they don't get their depth by the UCLA - Washington stretch, they'll lose 3-4 games.

Maybe a surprise from the SECW if LSU and Alabama hit some bumps - Arkansas, Ole Miss, A&M. This is probably the most wide-open the SECW since Saban came to Alabama

I don't think you read this post correctly.

The comma means both win by 50. If it was a period, then it's UGA by 50, which just happened, and his pick is UT.

Syracuse is my pick. They return eight starters from both sides of the ball including QB. October will be the test but if they can by Clemson at home, then they could run the board.
