Dudes who work outdoors don't get charged, dudes who work indoors get charged for the same crime?

That would have required even a minimal level of interest from the Tallahassee PD. It's hard to collect evidence when you aren't looking for it.

Well it is his job to have an opinion on topics like this. Just cause he went to Florida state doesn't mean he can have an opinion on these topics?

Definitely true about Finebaum. I chuckle at the newer Bama fans who love Finebaum - he made a career out of trolling us for years before Saban arrived and he changed his routine.

I don't agree with Kanell on the point of it being SEC justice when this type of ruling seems to be the norm for all well-known atheletes in general regardless of conference.
I will say this. I am soooooo glad those dudes didn't choose LSU. The Lame reasoning behind the DA's decision coupled with the players belonging to an instate school would not have been good.

The DA basically said he didn't charge him because he was an athlete.
Jameis probably did it, but he didn't have a district attorney say they bungled the case because he was an athlete.
