Saw his wife at Whole Foods just before he got let go. Asked her if we were going to win out and she seemed a little disconnected only saying, "I don't know, we play some good teams". Seemed like she knew what was coming.

Most of the players we have want to play at LSU and are expecting a slam dunk hire. We've got a chance to really pick up speed after the season with a splash hire.

I'm not going to jump on the Coach O bandwagon just because everyone else is doing it. I'm also not willing to rule him out yet. There's still much to be seen and develop for me to change my mind.

If we're going to form an opinion on who should be our next coach, we should at least educate ourselves on some of the things we can expect to see.
Let's start with press conferences:
Ed Orgeron Southern Miss. game win
Ed Orgeron after a loss
Tom Herman 10/17/2016 win
Tom Herman after a loss
Jimbo Fisher after Miami win
Jimbo Fisher after a loss
After watching these, does it change your mind about any of these guys?
For me, it further solidifies my ranking of Herman and Fisher in that order respectfully.
Reason: I feel like coach O's pressers seem scripted like beating a dead horse and I won't learn anything new from one to the other.
My mind will continue to remain open throughout the season.

This is precisely why Aranda should be considered the most valuable coach on the staff right now. Let's flip the roles. Aranda doesn't need Coach O, that tells me a lot.
