Like I have said numerous times......they are letting the FEDS gather the information for them. The NCAA will see what they can gather from the FED investigation first and then do their own leg work.
I think you are spot on with that assessment
Not good

The schools/Conf. investigate any possible improprieties and turn what they find over to the NCAA. The NCAA then decides on what their action will be.
ok? So you think this isn't happening in the case of LSU?
What's hilarious about your comments is it's me that's saying I think both LSU and the NCAA are investigating what they can, and it's you who are saying they aren't....yet you're also saying I'm the one who think it's over and you who made sarcastic comments about LSU fans saying the NCAA hasn't been investigating LSU (implying they have). Good grief man, stop while you're behind.

This is for those who still claim the FEDS care nothing about helping with the NCAA aspect of this case.

Federal authorities have given NCAA officials their approval to move ahead with an investigation of alleged rules violations that came to light during the first of three federal criminal trials involving pay-for-play schemes and other corruption in college basketball, ESPN has confirmed.

ESPN reported in February that as many as three dozen Division I programs, including many of the sport's traditional powers, might be facing NCAA sanctions once the federal government releases information that it acquired during its clandestine, three-year investigation.

Among the most revealing evidence turned over to the NCAA, according to documents obtained by Outside the Lines, is a business plan that aspiring agent Christian Dawkins emailed to his business partners on Sept. 5, 2017.

Look, dude, if you read my post history you will see that I have bent over backwards to make it clear that the feds may well still turn over something to the NCAA.
But so far, they have not. In fact, so far they have gone out of their way to shield the coaches from having to testify because it will help the people they are currently prosecuting.
You and I and everyone else are waiting to see what, if anything, the feds turn over to the NCAA. And if that happens, far more schools than just LSU will be sweating it out.

Even if the NCAA uncovers nothing with strong arse offer, LSU is getting sanctions from the other three players on Dawkins payroll.

Sorry, but I’m going with the Tiger Rant on this one . . . those guys are always right.

If this does happen then so will many other schools. Also, its likely Wade didn't have much to do with payments from Dawkins as Sampson is the only player linked to Dawkins that I have seen.

Correct. Those cases have nothing to do with Will Wade.
And Martin and Quarterman are listed as receiving loans or payments.

you are one of the few. Most LSU fans state that the NCAA cleared Smart.....which they didn't. LSU re-instated Wade because the NCAA said it was o.k......which they didn't.
As I stated earlier.........LSU re-instated Wade because they don't want to pay the buy-out and they can't let this continue to be in limbo. The LSU statement made it pretty clear that their hands are tied at the moment.

another LSU fan claiming to be a victim. Hell yes there will be more schools involved. LSU is the only school who has made the effort to be proactive, yet the fanbase raised holy hell about it.

weren't you the one sighting federal law about privacy the other day for the reason why the FEDS are not working with the NCAA on this?

Hey if the NCAA is going to put sanctions on 30+ schools (Kentucky, Lousiville, Alabama, Mississippi State, etc...) hey go for it. The issue I would have is if they make LSU the scape goat.
Posted on 4/15/19 at 4:41 pm to BrerTiger
I think it’s Wade for the ride or die.
Alleva would be painting himself into a corner to reinstate and then fire at a later date. There would be absolute shite for coaches Abke to jump

I was, and nothing you provided speaks to the contrary. The Feds haven't and cannot lawfully provide to the NCAA any evidence that is deemed inadmissible in Court without consent from the interested parties. If information makes its way into the Court's record, then yes the NCAA will have access to that information.
I never said the feds were not working with the NCAA. I said the feds are never going to hand over their entire case file to the NCAA, which is a true statement, and there is nothing you can show where the feds have said otherwise.
Regardless of all that, that still has nothing to do with why I called you out ITT.
