That Kansas team went 1-9-1 with their only win vs 1AA Southern Illinois. They tied Kansas State.

Kansas State went 0-10-1.

The Kansas/Kansas State game that year was called the Toilet Bowl for a reason.

Mizzou - uga in Athens like 4 years ago. We lost 9-6. Worst part about the 9-6 loss, we returned the opening kickoff to the ONE yard line and didn't score.

That was a win that felt like a loss. Absolutely nothing about that game was good. I had a very similar feeling after that as I did after the Nicholls State abortion in Kirby's first season.

I went to the Ohio/Illinois game in 2006. This was Ohio University, not Ohio State. I had free tickets and was visiting family in Champaign that weekend. Ohio beat Illinois. It was cold, both teams were awful, and I felt like I had seen better quality football in high school games.

I thought 2016 Florida at LSU was pretty bad.

Eta:

LSU had 4 trips inside the 10

1. Touchdown
2. Fumble
3. Downs
4. Downs/time expired

Meanwhile, Florida's lone TD came from a 98yd pass.

Final score: Florida 16 LSU 10

2005 VOLS v SC. Was the first really shite season I’d ever experienced with VOLS football, and we came limping into that game after losing 6-3 or some shite to Alabama the week prior.

Watching that dogshit South Carolina squad march down the field to kick a late field goal was demoralizing. Sidney Rice was the only good player on their entire team and we couldn’t do a damn thing to stop him.

That is so true about Sidney Rice that year. He was literally all we had.

Alabama/Florida St in Jacksonville in 2007. It was one of the first "big" neutral site games. It was Saban's first year, so we were excited, but we weren't very good (it was the week after we lost at home to UGA in OT). Florida State was at the end of the Bowden rut.

The game itself was just as slop fest. 0-0 at halftime, and not because of great defenses. Both fanbases were pretty sarcastic and jaded and I vividly remember all of us (Bammers and Noles) basically talking shite about our teams together in a bit of a bonding experience.

It was just all in all depressing.

Clemson kicking our arse 56-7 in 2016 @ Clemson takes the cake. Shitty stadium. Shitty fans. All around terrible experience.

1. A&M v Miss. State 2017
LSU had a bye, lived in Houston and an Aggie acquaintance offered a free ticket/place to stay.
Sub par everything all the way around.
Aggies got whipped. I think this was the same season Sumlin got the boot.
Pretty forgettable experience tbh.

2. La Tech @ Rice - I've seen better high school games than this one. I think the stadium was 20% full.

if you count ND, the 2013 BCSNCG. Alabama could have scored 100 points on notre dame.

Sat through Tropical Storm Dennis in Raleigh in 1999 to watch us lose 10-0 to NC State.

1992 ATM at LSU. Ridiculously hot, 2:30 kickoff. Worst LSU team I've ever seen.

Was living up in Wisconsin a few years ago. Went and saw an 8-2 UW play at an 8-2 Minnesota team in UMs brand new stadium. Great game, great stadium, nice people.

It was frickin’ 0 degrees out, windchill below zero. I sat there, my fingers unable to hold the frozen coffee cup, thinking to myself “how the hell are you going to recruit the athletes you need to come play in this crap?”

Take a deep dive at original "Toilet Bowl" 17-17 tie

-first drive of the game ended when the running back about to score, fumbled the ball out of the back of the endzone

-first score was a pick 6, the 2nd of 8 turnovers in the game.

The final 90 seconds included:

-Kansas St. driving for the winning score, but threw an interception at the Jayhawks' 23.

-Kansas ran two plays before fumbling the ball back over to Kansas St.

-Kansas St. would get knocked out of Field Goal range with a sack, but Kansas was called for a personal foul

-Kansas St. would be kicking the game winning field goal from the 11 yard line, it was blocked.

Without a doubt it was the PapaJohns.com bowl or whatever they had the Birmingham Bowl named back when South Carolina played UConn.

Cold as hell, sleet/snow, and the only concessions I could remember were hot chocolate and Papa Johns pizzas. They ran out of hot chocolate somewhere in the 3rd quarter and we used the pizza boxes to sit on because the metal bleachers were so cold.

LSU/OU 2019

Curious as to how that could be considered the "worst." I mean, you are beating the crap out of OU in a playoff game in route to a national title. Did you want a nail biter or something??

Missouri/Georgia 2015 in Athens. Missouri lost 9-6. Missouri intercepts GA on the first play of the game and returns it to the once inch line and couldn't score on four consecutive plays.
