It’s more likely he’d become Tulane’s new HC than LSU’s
I hope him and Kewan Lacy are a package deal
No melt, but it’d be pretty cool if he did.
My melt would be that we’re missing out on an amazing Ole Miss melt.

So maybe a 2
If it’s already effecting the team and he loses the egg bowl, and he decides to stay.. they’re going to want his head for creating this mess. Especially if for some reason a loss keeps them out of the playoffs.

The longer he waits, the worse it is for Ole Miss... it could all be a master plan for him to bounce at the last second. Who really knows though, the guy’s cryptic as hell
Schumann’s the same age as Dillingham, and his initial contract was only $3.85mill/yr.

I like the fact he’s been going to school on Saban and Kirby every day for his entire career. No better coaching tree to be a part of.

It might suck for the first season, but I think he could find his way pretty quick. You’d definitely have extra funds to build a staff and roster.
Amen! I couldn’t be happier for him getting that win at home. You can tell it really meant a lot to him.

He better get his binder together.

Somehow this feels legit. Patience is the game. Sounds good Philly!

Still bookmarking this so I can blast you if you’re full of shite. It’s nothing personal, I’ve learned it’s just what you’re supposed to do here.

MVB won’t be on the roster next year, because he isn’t good enough to compete for championships

You’re not wrong but you gotta give him a fair shake. You tossed him in 3rd qtr losing to Bama on the road at night.
But I agree, there’s no reason not to play him. If he wants to leave, that’s up to him. Let him start, see what he can do and put some tape out there.

You already know what you’re going to get from Nuss.
It’s rational. I don’t know why someone would post this if they were completely full of shite. I choose to believe, but also a lot of yall have way too much free time on your hands

I’m interested on the “burned bridges” with Freeman though.

You get Rousse and Schroyer at LSU then who knows…maybe they bring Wade back when McMahon gets the boot.

“At this point in his career” - he’s 39 years old… you think this is his last stop for the rest of his career?

Lanning, yeah unlikely cause of Oregon/nike

Saban - yeah, no shite. You gotta at least mention him though.

I’m also hoping they made this decision with that in mind. This is gonna be expensive as hell

Buying out our current coaches, paying for the next staff, NIL to hold on to our guys, NIL to possibly bring in some of the next HCs guys, etc.
Exactly.

I think we all know the ones they’re taking serious and that’s probably Kiffin, Drink, Freeman, Sumrall, Lanning, …Saban

Names to erase from the search:
Mathieu
Sheppard
Brady
Franklin
Mullen
Meyer
O
Lea
Key
Brohm
Gruden
Jimbo
Matt Campbell
Golesh
Dabo

Hell yeah, mines at 69%!
I wasn’t sold on the championship part but i also didn’t expect this much of a failure.

I did think he was a good short term guy who could build, organize and rejuvenate that program O left us with, which I think he did a pretty good job at doing.
- he took us to an Sec championship
- JD5 won a heisman

It’s crazy how optimistic I was about this season.
Knowing us, it’ll prob be 5-6 years starting at 11 and goes up to 13 at year 3 or something
Exactly. Petrino knows how to put up some points. A mobile QB too? Great.
