For reference, his passer rating plummeted during his career. 175 > 130 > 95 > 73.
Had I not chosen SEC as a parameter, I would’ve listed Reggie Ball for sure.

Georgia had some walk on that entered fall practice a few year back as the 3rd string QB.
Ended up being our starter 3 seasons.
Man he sucked. Really wish Kirby could learn to manage the QB room. That is what is holding us back from getting that 1980 monkey off out back.
