SC was actually not the first choice. Fla St at the time was a powerhouse and they turned down the SEC offer because they felt like the ACC was a gravy train.

Fast forward 32 years and FSU is still arse..

SC got the golden goose, took beatings and now are pretty respectable.

The move forced them to be accountable..
I would've done that if I could. I called the phone number for support and they said these tickets couldn't be transferred.

That makes no sense to me though. It's an mlb game...these are official tickets ordered thru mlb.com..

But, they are in the app so it'll work..I just like the wallet.
Too long. Crazy over the top plot. The female co star atwell is easy on my eyes.
Side garage. We are on corner..I think a back garage would put us over the depth
Ray was a great coach but horrible a.d. ran the program into the ground full stop..

Left out one award..South carolina gets the worst team award.
1750 sq feet max...would like to keep it around 1700 if possible..

Open concept modern craftsman is ideal..3 bedroom with double garage...Any help would be appreciated..
Thanks for the insight. My own parents shouldve sold 3 years ago..they also live in a sweet house..they are 83 and 80.

Fortunately for me our townhouse was bought for 155k and now is 269k..

In 3 years it will be worth 290k..its gonna sell in 3 days and I'll have it paid off..

I'll be 59...and ready for the sunset of life..
i know that there is no crystal ball..just thought someone here might work in that field...

if they dont come down i may just buy anyway and refinance at a later time. we are getting to the age where a townhouse just isnt what we need.

i love our townhouse but we need a single level..
3 years? my current home will be paid off free and clear in 2.5 years and i will be ready to build my final house at that time.. Ill use every penny of equity from this house and throw down on the next one..
I got a social security printout starting in 2034 when I'll be 65.

It gave me my total monthly stipend, and an another line, it gave my actual total after a 20% reduction.

The gen xers will be taking it in the arse..not boomers
Im still of the opinion that paying of mortgage early is never a bad idea, even at 3%.

I'm paying my house off 60 months from now.. 14 years 10 months on an original 30 year loan.

I hate a house payment. We have no car payments or revolving debt.

Ill make it up later..

House payment question

Posted by bleedsgarnet on 4/22/25 at 4:11 pm
If we pay any amount over our payment via check can we designated the extra to go towards principle or

Do we need to write a house payment check and a seperate check and allocate that check to principle?
Just went because of this thread.

The sound was incredible. And it was filmed well. Gotta give props there. I felt as if I was in it with them. That was impressive.

As far as the movie itself, the buildup took 20 min of the 1.5 hrs..

And I have no idea what the first scene with the aerobics shite had to do with anything at all.

Not sure if I've ever seen anything so out of place in a movie.

Sound and filming is an A

Movie is a B-..
