2016 vs Florida. Most inexplicable LSU loss since the Miami of Ohio debacle in 1986, and far more significant in its impact.

This is the game that convinced me Coach O was the wrong choice

2014 Florida. Georgia was really good and Florida was awful. That game was just mind boggling.

Florida wasn't quite "awful" that year.

Aside from Alabama and Missouri debacles, UF could've very easily gone 10-2 that season.

End of game mistakes cost UF the LSU and South Carolina games, and the refs fricked them over against FSU in Muschamp's finale.

Not really a head scratcher. It was 19-7, at night in tiger stadium, and Les'"last game." There was no chance that A&M was going to win that game.

There have been plenty, but the Fish muff for a Florida td completely swung a probable win to a painful loss in the seccg.

I still can't believe that happened.......well,yes I can..sigh..

Should be 2014 LSU, not 2015 LSU. Typo on my part.

Just open the history book to the Croom era, close your eyes and pick a page. The Maine Black Bears! Hell...I didn't even know they had a team?

I've got two that come to mind.

2013 Auburn. I mean, how do we overcome a 20 point deficit in the fourth quarter and take the lead, and then give up a hail mary touchdown on 4th down?

2016 Tennessee. One week after losing by 31 to Ole Miss, we led 17-0 in the first half with a freshman QB. How the hell do we give up such a comfortable lead for the 2nd year in a row, then somehow pull off a miracle touchdown with 10 seconds left... only to be outdone once again by a hail mary?

And then I remembered that it's because we're Georgia, stupid.

Easily Auburn 1994. Outgained them 407-165. Their offense managed exactly one field goal in a 30-26 win. Jamie Howard threw six interceptions, three returned for TDs. Five of the six, including all three pick-sixes, were in the 4th quarter after LSU had built a 23-9 lead. Auburn got another defensive TD in the 2nd quarter, recovering a fumble in the LSU end zone. Even after the first two pick-sixes tied the game, Howard led us to a FG drive to regain the lead. Auburn had only one first down in the whole second half, so we were still in good shape. We shut Auburn down, got the ball back and, on 3rd down, Howard threw another pick-six and Auburn had the lead. Howard still tried to pull it out with a winning drive after that, but threw two interceptions on the same drive (the Auburn returner fumbled the ball back to us on the first one), the last one being in the Auburn end zone.

Next would probably be Auburn 1997. We outrushed them 377-53. Cecil Collins ran for 230+ on 27 carries, and Rondell Mealey had about 150 averaging about 10 yards a carry. Two early interceptions by Herb Tyler gave Auburn a 14-0 lead, but LSU battled back to tie the game 21-21 at half and took the lead 28-24 in the 4th quarter on a great run by Collins. On our next possession, facing 3rd and 2 around midfield, needing only to control the ball and run clock, our brilliant staff decided not to trust our two RBs averaging close to 10 yards a carry and instead thought it would be a good idea to have our QB (5-for-20 for 105 yards on the day) throw the ball. He rolled left, had plenty of room to run for the first down, but threw anyway. Incomplete.

Then, even knowing we had a suspect defense and with field position around midfield, we decided not to go for it on 4th and 2, but punted. Dameyune Craig drove Auburn to the winning TD with 30 seconds left, throwing at least three interceptions on the drive, all dropped by LSU DBs. The 31-28 loss cost LSU the SEC West title.

Kick Six Game.

Last year's Clemson game hurt, too, but I kind of expected we'd lose. We had been so dominant during that 2013 season and had a chance to win three straight.

Arkansas has lost to Alabama like ten years in a row. I mean, I get it that Alabama is pretty good, but ten years in a row is fricking pathetic. I'm getting tired of it.

Was at that game. We sat in the stands and just kept asking why he would keep throwing the ball. If they would have just run up the middle every time and then punted, they win the game. Worst coaching performance I have ever seen in a game.

OM vs Jacksonville State 2010. I was there.

After winning a Cotton Bowl, we WAOM'd really hard and lost in 2OT.

We were up 31-10 at the half and ended up losing 49-48.

Yeah, I hear ya...but those games we were going to lose, or at least I did not have much hope of winning. Those years Georgia had the better team, and I wasn't expecting much. But last year I was expecting to March into Athens and burn that place down Sherman style and we completely shite the bed. We haven't put an arse whooping on the Dawgs in a long long time... Probably 2004. We owe you one??
