Alabama caught a ton of flak for hiring Shula over him. He's a good man and his family is revered in Tuscaloosa, but he's clearly not head coaching material.

Orgeron was a horrible game coach. Since he never won anything, he edges out Nutt. But Nutt took the program down further than Ed did.
