I still can’t wrap my mind around the fact a softball player is making over a million dollars a year. She made $1 million last season. $2.2 million over two years.

I'm pretty sure the entire strategy with the pitcher swapping madness was to let her pitch all 3 games in the final series this year without wearing down.
To be fair the dipshidiot Tech coach went all Cliff Gustafson/Skip Bertman on her last year and so this year he went the opposite direction.
