They probably think we are deep in applachia and only found us by accident last time...

Dumbass, you used to be a east west permanent game before the sec went to one permanent cross division.
Dumbass, that lasted a year once they joined the conference. I don’t recall them coming to Gainesville in 2013 after we beat them in College Station in 2012. They didn’t come to Gainesville until 2017.
Going to one permanent cross-divisional opponent didn’t happen until 2014.

Were you not set up to be the opening sec game for Tamu.

That was 2012. If we were permanent cross divisional opponents, why didn’t we play in 2013?
ETA: what’s the SEC’s definition of a “permanent cross-division opponent”. In my mind, that would be FLAvLSU, BamavTenn, UGAvAub, etc.

Yeah man Appalachian State really found the atmosphere difficult to overcome. We’re the fricking number one team in the country. ATM will be 8-4 at best. Pretty sure we’re not intentionally avoiding that “atmosphere”

Georgia fans and you in particular are always posting about Florida, so don't try and use the old turntables here.

Is this a distraction post since you’re about to be throttled by the Tennessee Volunteers?

You realize we had to play at Auburn two years in row because of the need to iron out scheduling when they came...
Same as the sec using uf to give tamu a showcase to open sec play at college station...

This appears to be no different than the fact that you have not played at AU since 2011 and have only faced them once since then @gainesvillle.

When the SEC schedules it they will. The dawg has no control. Try better!

Meh, the SEC has always had teams that don't play very often. I want to say Bama and Ole Miss went from 69-70 until the early 80's without playing. LSU-Auburn had a long time in between games.
Huh!? Bama and Ole Miss played in '71,'74,'75,'76, and '77. Bryant and Vaught liked playing against each other so much they did not cancel their '80-'81 series when in 1980 the SEC went from a Six game minimum rule to a Six game minimum/maximum rule.
Both already had 7 SEC games scheduled. Those remain the only two games in SEC history played by current members, at the time, against each other, that did not count in the standings.

It happens. State last played at Florida in 2010 and is not scheduled to play there again until 2025. With the upheaval of the schedule grid amidst expansion it maybe a few more years after that before we make a trek to GNV. Now mind you, I am fine with that. Went there in 2020, enjoyed the victory and don’t really care to go back.
But 15 years between visits. Geeezzzeee.

Will Florida ever beat LSU again on a regular basis? 2-6 in the last 8 games.

how does that equate to "tamu was florida permanent cross division opponent"?

When Tamu joined they had two permanent east opponents SCU and UF. Then the sec went to one permanent so it because scu and the rest rotated.
A$M and SC didn't even play in 2012 and 2013.

They made the decision after the scheduled uf tamu to go to one. So kind of hard to comoare when you were the first team ever from the east ro play them in game one.
Any other issue tou should take up with the sec office. We dont schedule our sec slate.
