No thanks to Notre dame. We already took in an arrogant and entitled program, fixin to take another, why have three? Each is average.

Notre dame is going to ride alone as long as they can so who cares what they do…

I believe Notre Dame would flourish in the SEC. Once they absorbed the culture and recruiting would only improve.

Who is the arrogant program, A&M? If so I doubt they feel too arrogant at the moment.

Texas looked good vs Alabama but they also looked good vs Oklahoma last season.

You would be incorrect, historical record against current SEC members is pretty meh, at best, and that includes when they were actually a relevant program.

Marshall is a good team. Could beat several B1G and SEC teams.

ACC is the best fit for the Irish

If the ACC survives long term it will be as a lesser conference. It’s looking like 2 mega conferences and the ACC isn’t one of them.

First, SC and UCLA is not a done deal

Second, I think 4 is more likely than 2

History would mean a B1G / PAC alliance, ACC and SEC would be the other alliance

Last round of realignment, ACC was the sneaky winner

Pre 2010
#1 SEC
#2 B12
#3 B1G
#4 PAC
#5 ACC
#6 BE

Now
#1 SEC
#2 ACC
#3 B1G
#4 B12
#5 PAC
#6 BE is gone

The Big 8 / SWC / B12 was 4 teams (OU, UNL, Utx, AR) and all 4 are gone or soon to move. That would lead 4 conferences

#1 SEC
#2 ACC
#3 B1G
#4 PAC

Some believe the Big 12 will absorb the leftovers of whatever is left of the ACC and Pac after expansion leaving the Big 12 the 3rd of the power 3.

If I was the ACC, I would become aggressive and backfill ahead of time with 4 or 5 Big 12 teams before the top half of the ACC leaves, which would give the Big 12 all the momentum and power..

They will never join a conference in football and even if they did, it would likely be the ACC considering that they are already a full voting member.

ND should do well in the Big 10 with only 3-4 teams to actually contend with now with SC in the mix.

Big10 has been trying to get Notre Dame to join them for over 50 years.

I hope you are finally successful because they sure as shite don't belong in the SEC.
