I don't know any Aggy that considers it a rivalry. We kicked LSU's arse so thoroughly and so repeatedly they pulled the most chicken shite move in the history of college football history and backed out of the contract because they "couldn't build a program starting 0-1 every season."

Ancient history. You haven't beaten us since the series resumed, and we even let you have our defensive coordinator and you couldn't get the job done.

But you're a basketball school so I understand.

The most chicken shite move in history would be be to whine like a bitch about the LHN and leave the conference like the wet pussies a7m are. Then be willing to play Texas in all sports, but football. Talkabout chicken shite.

This.

Waaaaahhhh!!!! Big Brother Texas rules the conference and won't let us do anything. We're leaving the Big 12. Waaaaahhhhh!!!!!

The talent disparity is still a major factor that's in LSU's favor.

I used to think that too. I think the drop-off shows up starting this season.

Definitely a trend. Of course, the same can be asked about LSU ever beating Bama again.

And there it is, the littlest brother goes and gets the biggest brother because the middle brother won't let him win.

Certainly they will at some point. MSU even beats LSU every 15 years or so. A&M is a better program than MSU.

Jimbo does it this season.

I hope not. I want O to get that contract extension he deserves, preferably with a huge buyout.

It's like a high school reunion, but better.

Donno why they consider it a rivalry, to be honest.

It is not much of a school rivalry. Its kinda like an arranged marriage I guess. It is a football recruiting battle though. We recruit a lot of the same players particularly out of the Houston area

Troy was clearly a better football team than Aggy last year. Sure you got whomped by LSU last year, but also by Auburn and Miss St, and *gasp* UCLA!
