Is it because Sark is a better coach or Texas is the better organization?

I don't have familiarity with the programs so I don't know

I think it’s premature to say Sark is successful. If he wins 10 games at UT this year I’d say he’s trending in that direction.

Jimbo peaked w/ Jameis whereas the Golden God hasn't even begun to peak

I didn’t know that Jimbo is a crackhead.

Adds new colors to the situation in Colledge Station.

Because Sark is a competent Offensive Coordinator and QB developer, and Jimbo is a competent Bullshitter.

It's not money. It simply is not. Hell of a question.

I honestly believe, at the end of the day, Sark is a cat that can analyze. Former drunk, sure. Maybe current drunk. But that's my point.

Sark is better drunk than Jimbo sober. And I really don't mean that as a shot. Sark can at least analyze. Jimbo is Jimbo. The cat that had to run from FSU.

A&M screwed the pooch taking Jimbo. Texas made a good hire with Sark. That's the difference.

Jimbo also beat Saban. In the end it didn't mean squat.

IMO Sark has always been a good X’s and O’s coach.. and he has always been a good recruiter.. but he learned from Saban how to run the back end of things.. and he is on the right track to making it work..

but he isn’t there yet, as mentioned above.. but he is trending in the right direction..

The culture at Texas right now is honestly better than it’s been in a long, long time.. the players and coaches have fully bought in.. we shall see where it goes..

Sark has been trending in the right direction. Jimbo has not. Why?

Sark has built a very good organization from recruiting staff, to analysts, to his assistant coaches. It seems like Jimbo isn't as competent in that regard. Do people like working for Jimbo? Is he good at the "CEO" part of the job? I don't know, but from the outside it looks like the answer is no.

So fisher has beaten Bama and he’s failing and sark beats them and he’s automatically successful?

I’ve seen this movie before with several other coaches. Ends the same.

Sark has had some epic meltdowns at Texas.
Lets see where they end up once the whole season is played.
They may find consistency and prove me wrong, but staying focused has been a huge issue for them.

You know, I believe that. Maybe for the first time in a long time, Austin is "hungry". That could bode well for Austin.

Next year will be a tell. Not because you can't beat 'Bama. Obviously, you can. But eight games in a row in this conference is a different animal. It's not getting up and beating 'Bama one time. It's lining up and beating eight damn teams in a row.

Texas might be up to the challenge. But it is a different row to how. You have to build different for it. Maybe Texas has.

Agree 100%
lots of work still left to do

10-2 and playing for Big 12 Champs would be in the right direction, but of course I’m hoping for better.

9-3 probably doesn’t make the title game and would be a disappointment at this point, even though it would still be making progress.

12-1 and Big 12 Champs is what I’m hoping for.. That should be good enough to get in the playoff.
