Keep telling yourself that. Face it, Tennessee baseball just wrecked the gutter trash that is LSU again!

If he was gay maybe Faggies could lure him to Texas.

Hey Danielalter Virgingeektroll POS, you ever actually been to Baton Rouge and been down East/Southeast of LSU on Highland Road?

I don't think too many LSU HC's are going to be venturing into the Forbidden Zone north of Florida Blvd.

BTW, psychiatrists are doing amazing things these days with all the new drugs, combined with psychotherapy.

You might give it a shot; maybe a little less Obsessive-Compulsive Attention W'ing on the SEC Rant. (A few others on here as well)

I do think the city of Baton Rouge doesn’t help things…I hear it’s gotten pretty bad.

Stanford may be getting rid of their coach after that debacle, any chance he has to turn to LSU or?

This board gets worked up about individual cities quite a bit, coaches and recruits don't seem to care much.

Is a Tennessee fan really lecturing LSU on how to hire coaches..........really!!!!

We have more titles combined in the two sports mentioned since 2000 than any other school in the SEC.

2 in baseball and 3 in football and played for a forth...

Because Alleva was a doof. Woodward may not be perfect, but he has yet to botch a big name hire. Even if Godwin was named the baseball coach, that’s really good. But I will say I can already tell this ship is run much different than before. It won’t be because it wasn’t done right.

Personally, I never wanted Tom Herman and I was very happy that Tom Herman wanted to go to Texas, as opposed to LSU and now I have been proven correct regarding my feelings on Tom Herman.

As for as Vitello is concerned, do you really think he is going to turn down $2 million dollars a year and an opportunity to move to the Alabama of college baseball?

Knoxville is not exactly the best place to live in the south.

Pelini loved him some Woodward contract. Shrewd.

Just like Jimbo loved him some Woodward contract after he had single-handedly destroyed the storied Florida State football program. The timing, to say the very least, was very convenient for him. Now he will inevitably do the same thing he did for Florida Sate to A&M.

I can assure you the surrounding area is a lot better than BR. The Smokey Mountains is a fabulous place year round.

LSU is not the Alabama of college baseball. LSU has 1 natty since 2009 and been to the CWS 7 times in 20 years. Don’t flatter yourself! LSU isn’t that attractive anymore as it once was. If y’all was so great y’all would have already had a HC, but instead y’all have interviewed 5 coaches and yet still don’t have a coach. If it was that great y’all wouldn’t have had to interview as many coaches. And oh yea Bama hasn’t been swept twice in the same season much less when it counts most. 0-5, chew in that for awhile.

Hey drunk hillbilly, stfu. We’re not naming a coach already when we haven’t been able to talk to all of the targets. We may have to settle for Godwin, but naming Godwin or anyone else before talking to everyone is retarded. Sounds like a Tennessee thing to do.

And as far as being the Alabama of baseball, there is none. Never will be one.
