It’s a trade off.


LSU: “bad” academics/funding; best season of all time.


UGA: great funding/academics; no champs in 40 years.

My time at LSU has undoubtedly served me well. I have a life I never thought was achievable by me. But please continue making fun of others whilst being a bama grad, it makes so much sense.

For the current situation here in La., a large percent of the State budget is predicated on revenues from oil & gas, and the bottom has dropped out of that industry. Add in the huge loss from decreasing State sales tax revenue, due to all the businesses being closed & lack of people buying goods.

Not much competition? Ever heard of Tulane, Loyola, Lafayette, LA Tech etc.

Alabama has 61 university or colleges in the state while Louisiana has 60. Not much of a difference if you ask me.
