I've done pretty well with my BA. Credentialism is a plague on the country anyway. Give me somebody who can think clearly, make good decisions and solve problems, and I'll give you back three pointy-headed geeks who get to the polls at 5am to vote for Bernie and call Dad The Baw to come change a tire .

Dude, don't turn it political. That shite gets old.

You wanna bash Democrats or Bernie supporters or what not? Great, wonderful, terrific, whatever. Go post on the PoliBoard.

But going back to your first two points, there's a difference between "make good decisions and solve problems" when it comes to different fields.

I agree a degree in business is so-so important.

I'd still rather have a Doctor with a ton of schooling rather than one who can just "think clearly and make good decisions". I'd rather you include "know what the frick they're talking about" in that list of credentials. In some areas, if you didn't get a lot of education - you don't know what the frick you're talking about.

Judging from his post history, he must have just recently discovered the internet.

Last time I checked LSU ranked pretty high in ROI. Seeing how college is an investment in yourself, I'd say LSU's high ROI is a pretty good indicator of academic success.

And I also included an article from just last year pointing out LSU's budget problems. And the College Board data is 2020 data.

If you guys continue to post stupid bs about my school's athletes being supposedly dumb, then I will keep pointing out the mote in your tiger eye.

Because people in Louisiana are poor and dumb. The educated ones all left for Texas years ago.

Hell, even the owner of this website hates Louisiana so much that he is a permanent resident of Houston.

Louisiana has a long history of having the wrong people running things.

You can't argue with this.
