Right? Do they not have stadium security at ticketing? They could simply check for them if that’s the case (which I doubt it is).

What happens if you milkshake him and tell him to shut the eff up? Just get thrown out? Hastily exit the stadium?

Unfortunately he has a minion that serves as a backup whistler. So you’d get kicked out and the whistling would still be going.

I've seen more than my share of State fans tossed out of Commonwealth Stadium specifically because they were NOT being responsible with them. That crap might fly at Davis-Wade, but not in Lexington.

I heard that ringers who do not ring responsibility from now on will have to undergo sexual reassignment surgery on the date of the offense, unless they are masturbating in the stands. Who new...

I'm sure a few assholes try it, he's probably not lying. But the Vandy whistlers are just that - a couple of assholes. The whistling isn't some sort of widespread and honored tradition, and banning those two wouldn't be some unenforceable thing. If cowbell abusers can be kicked out, so could the whistlers.

I lose respect for Vandy every game that other fans aren't repeatedly pouring their drinks down that prickhole's back.

you can’t be serious. Besides hearing them in person you can hear them on broadcast. They also don’t adhere to the rule they are supposed to be following when they can ring them. Again in person and on broadcast.

Very serious. On SEC road trips nobody takes a cowbell. Nobody. Nowadays you walk through a frickin metal detector to go in a stadium so if someone is dumb enough to do that (which I don’t think any of us are that dumb) then it is going to be caught there.

Years ago, yes, I am sure our fans slipped CB’s in on the road but not anymore.

And as Mullen’s noted “I have a fever and the only RX is more cowbell “
Enough said and case closed.

The cowbells are home-field noisemakers, and those who use them inappropriately are thrown out. The question is why doesn't Vandy do the same to the whistler?

Is his mouth an artificial noisemaker?

The cowbell is a trashy "tradition" for a trashy school.

Even destroying the hearing of
some Vandy fans who sit next to him.
Watch the woman to his right
plug her ear with each whistle, while
clapping along.
STFU !
