We didn’t steal him. LSU allowed him to continue coaching at Ole Miss but they said no.
Other coaches have been hired away in conference.

Kiffin asked these players to sue the SEC, meaning its other fifteen member schools.
That’s a knife through the eyeball.
You cannot rationally expect those schools to be okay with that.
Can you imagine a spouse recruiting someone to sue their spouse? While married?
A friend?
An employee doing that to an employer?
What would the response be?
The only way to not understand the SEC’s position is to pretend ignorance.

Hugh Freeze was Auburn's head football coach for 3 years. Did the SEC ever issue a threat to Auburn of any type of punishment regarding his employment?

They obviously didn’t teach you reading comprehension at Auburn! Notice that I said the NCAA! The lawsuit was against the NCAA and involved over 40 student athletes trying to get their 5th year. The TRO was amended after the SEC voted on the new rule and the Players attorneys added the SEC. Again, a judge in Dallas County Texas did the exact same thing. Wonder how many athletes Sark advised to jump in that one? Maybe the kid that was on the roster over the weekend that isn’t anymore?

What rule was violated by asking a judge to rule on an eligibility?
Missouri has a player that had the exact same ruling and injunction, Texas too and ole miss.
If you can point to an SEC rule that bans suing the SEC I’d love to read it.
Also there were 300 lawsuits nationwide. Saying there’s different levels on ineligibility is crazy you either are or aren’t.
The federal court case can’t start fast enough and I don’t understand why a prelim hasn’t happened yet.
