Let's recap:

1. LSU steals a head coach away from another member institution in the middle of a playoff run. While zero rules were broken, it certainly creates some drama that's not wanted by the league.

2. LSU defies the SEC's recommendation to not hire Will Wade. Every school is supposed to go to the SEC when making a coaching hire to make sure there aren't any publicly unknown NCAA rules violations they need to be aware of. While the SEC can't stop a member school from making a hire, it can and does make very strong recommendations. I know for a fact Auburn was told that Hugh Freeze should not be hired, yet the school did it anyway. Seeing that Will Wade has so many skeletons in the closet, I'm 100% certain that the SEC would have advised LSU not to hire Will Wade. Also if a coach gets hired against the SEC's recommendation and then breaks rules, that is when the SEC steps in and hands down way stiffer punishment.

At this point, no rules have been broken, but that's important context to know before we get to #3...

3. According to the updated lawsuit today, it appears the SEC has evidence that Kiffin was working in concert with the counsel of for the Pyburn Plaintiffs "prior to the entry of the TRO" with support and involvement of AG Murrill and the Governor.

Let that sink in... if true, it appears that Kiffin, the Attorney General, and the Governor were encouraging these players to file suit against the NCAA and the SEC.

Why would the SEC sit back and let a member not only try to break rules, but also work with outsiders to file suit against the league??? Are y'all insane. Of course the SEC is pissed.

The SEC hasn't even investigated this issue yet, per multiple reports, they're just throwing allegations around.

Surely accusing multiple public figures of misdoings won't end badly, without proof.

LSU just lies and lies, acts dumb, and gets into lame philosophical debates that have nothing to do with anything. Debate semantics. It got lame.

They do, they figure if they just keep saying we are innocent it goes away though.

They've been unwilling to acknowledge this was a potential course of action since last week while pissing on the conference.

After their big win over an unranked opponent this week they were even higher on themselves.

It's all became real though now knowing that they will be gone as of Thursday and they are in the crying phase.

Came on his own, he wanted to stay and finish coaching but his stupid president said no.

And all your other bullshite really don't matter because they're going to get a lot bigger lawsuit from LSU.

Alabama actually rostered and played a professional player in games and nothing was done to them on the basketball team. Explain that genius

The suit reads...

Per practices of Defendent Kiffin, statements and actions of Defendent Murrill, and communications of Defendent Kiffin with SEC staff members prior to the entry of the TRO, Defendent Kiffin was working in concert with counsel for the Plyburn Plaintiffs, with support and involvement of AG Murrill and the Louisiana Governor.

No investigation needed if they have the receipts right in front of them.

And I absolutely said it wasn't... but it's part of the context.

Now defend #3.

Sure, but what happens if they don't actually have those receipts?

Guess what? There's no law against that either.

You're 0 for 3.
