Edit: it really doesn’t even matter if he contradicted himself on the beauty of the country. The overall point is that anyone who is intellectually honest can understand that he clearly has made a distinction between the government and the people.

I can say I hate the government of California while also saying that I love the people of California.

It’s wild. I go to an Evangelical Southern Baptist Church in rural Tennessee and I can remember a couple of years ago our Pastor telling us we should be more like the Muslims because they are so devoted to prayer. Context matters

Because if you say they are an evil dictatorship, well there are plenty of those and we can't bomb them all

If you say, they hate America, well there are plenty of those also

And if you say they want to build nukes, our President said we obliterated that capability.

And if it's a combination of the 3, well there are other of those out there too, and we can't bomb them all

As we have gone through in the past, most iphone users don't know the privacy they give up to Google either. So it really doesn't matter

My viewing has already dropped tremendously. NIL doesn't bother me, it's the transfer portal, conference expansion , and playoff that ruined my excitement.

I used to watch every game I could, now I pretty much only watch LSU games.

The transfer portal makes it where you don't know your team year to year. Conference expansion suck, I couldn't care less about watching Oklahoma play state. And the playoff is terrible, no way a 3 loss team should have a chance at a National Title

This is the problem with using anecdotes and applying them to a country of 350 million people. Just like BLM, if you are using one instance of injustice to condemn a whole system, every system would need to be torn down

There has never been in the past, and never will be in the future, a team with 3 losses that I will entertain any complaining about being snubbed from the national championship picture.

In college football, with 3 losses you are simply undeserving

I live in the Memphis area and go to some Memphis games and just about every Memphis fan I know is very happy today. He had some baffling losses but his overall record was good enough that they wouldn’t fire him…

Roughly 20% of Apples profits come directly from selling default search to google. So while they may not have data mining as a business model, they are certainly profiting off of it.

Wouldn’t you say this is at least problematic to the argument that Apple has privacy of its users as a top priority?

Great, and I said if you are using any brand of smartphone Apple or android you are “selling your soul to google” which you admit is true in the vast majority of cases.

So we could have easily settled on agreeing on both points without personal attacks
