They get 3-4 years of clean pockets, wide open throws to all American WR’s, and hardly ever have to play from behind to make clutch throws.

Mac Jones is turning out to be a massive bust, as is Tua.

Not shocking that Jalen transferred to Oklahoma and is the best of the three, even though he was clearly inferior at Alabama.

So how bad is Cam as a player and person to lose the starting position to Mac and then get kicked off the team?

Ironically, your reasoning is why I think Bryce will end up being a good NFL QB or at least better than Mac and Tua. If you’ve watch Bama play this year, you would know that Bryce has had to deal with collapsing pockets and constant pressure and receivers haven’t been getting open as they have in years past yet he’s still been balling out of his mind and completing throws in tight coverage. He’s having to deal with a lot more adversity than Alabama QBs from years past.

Agree with this. But he’s still working with one of the best o-lines, if not the best, in football.

Joe Burrow threw three picks on three consecutive passes last week. I guess he's not any good either.

Hypothetically, but they will never GET to a Super Bowl.

I came away from this game pretty impressed with Mac honestly. This is the same Saints defense that destroyed Rodgers, not the one that had half their players out last week against Carolina. Jones was under intense pressure and did a pretty amazing job at avoiding sacks. I’m fairly convinced he will be a pretty good NFL QB.

No need to hypothesize whether an Auburn QB would or wouldn't.

Ouch!. Kid's not lasting 12 rounds taking shots like that.

I think Mac will be good but this is legit criticism. Their O line, and talent all around, is just so good it would make an average QB look like a world beater.
